I have paid. When will my membership open?
Usually within 24 hours of receiving your transaction ID. You will receive an email, and every guide opens to you as soon as you log in.
I did not receive an email.
Please look in your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, write to us through the contact page with your transaction ID.
Can I pay from outside Pakistan?
EasyPaisa and JazzCash work with Pakistani accounts. A relative in Pakistan can send the payment for you, or write to us through the contact page and we will tell you the other ways to pay.
